Seiður is a stunning Icelandic Gelding. Cremello with star and snip with beautiful blue eyes.
He is genetically 4 gaited ( AC) which means that he should have tolt as well as normal horse gaits, such as walk, trot and canter. However it's unlikely that he will have flying pace - one of the Icelandic horses other natural gaits.
His movement is really lovely, soft and supple.
He hasn't been started under saddle yet,but has had some basic handling.
A clean slate if anyone would like to have a horse to start from scratch.
The intention is to have him started this year - and if this is the case his price will change to reflect the amount of additional training he receives.
Such a nice & rewarding horse to work with. Gentle with sweet sensitive nature.
Quite tall and likely to grow a little more - measured approx 135 cm in July 26
Oh and if you're wondering how on earth to pronounce his name??? try saying - SAYTHUR - Seiður which means "Magic, Spells" in Icelandic. All registered Icelandic Horses in the world need an approved Icelandic name to be registered on the international database Worldfengur.
