She has exceptional movement and presence and rarely comes home from the show ring without a broad sash.
On the ground, she is everything you could ask for. She is easy to handle, floats beautifully, stands quietly for the farrier and clipping, and is a pleasure to have around.
She has never been foundered, however she is an extremely good doer and can put on weight very easily, so we have always managed her grazing carefully.
Teal has been part of our family for many years. My daughter has ridden her since she was just three years old, from her very first leadline classes through to Pony Club and showing. She has taught her so much.
While Teal is quiet and kind, she is also a clever Welsh pony. She knows where the line-up is and where home is, so she is best suited as a second pony for a competent young rider who will appreciate her quality and ability or a wonderful lead line pony.
Ponies like Teal don’t become available very often, and if I’m honest, I’m already regretting writing this ad.
