Tinkerbell – Beautiful First Pony
Tinkerbell is a Welsh/Riding Pony mare who has been the perfect first pony for our daughter. She has been completely handled, groomed, caught, tacked up and ridden by our daughter from ages 5–7, helping to build her confidence and independence around horses.
Tinkerbell is a wonderful lead-line pony and is equally suitable as a first off-lead pony for a confident young rider. She is very much a “whoa before go” type and prefers a relaxed pace of life. She has experience with trail riding, farm life, Pony Club and gymkanas, taking it all in her stride. She has been on camps, to indoor arenas and the beach.
Our daughter is now looking for a more forward-moving pony, while Tinkerbell is happiest in the slower lane and would thrive with another young rider wanting a safe and enjoyable introduction to ponies.
She is accustomed to traffic, floating, dogs, livestock and general farm activity. She is easy to catch, handle and have around.
While Tinkerbell has been an incredible pony for our daughter, she is still a pony and can occasionally have a cheeky moment!
Tinkerbell is a much-loved member of our family, and finding the right home is our priority. She has never had any health concerns
