With a heavy heart, we offer Henry for sale. He is a stunning 16.3hh Irish Sport Horse x Warmblood gelding who has been recently ridden and competed by a confident 15-year-old rider.
Henry is a versatile horse who has attended shows, gymkhanas, Pony Club camps, rally days, clinics, and various outings to attend lessons, and he is consistently the same both at home and away. He is an eye-catching horse with plenty of talent and absolutely loves his jumping.
Henry loves a trail ride and ride calmly in a group, isn’t fazed when we’ve encountered motor bikes, sheep and kangaroos.
Currently in full work and recently in training, Henry has been confidently jumping around 80cm with his current rider and shows great potential to continue progressing with a capable rider.
Nothing much fazes him — he has happily handled:
- Water crossings and obstacles
- Indoor arenas
- Cows, sheep and dogs
- Quad bikes
- Shooting balloons
- Busy event environments
- Yards and stables

Henry floats beautifully alone or with company, stands tied quietly at the float, is good for the farrier and is currently barefoot.
Henry enjoys having a job to do and thrives in consistent work. He is currently in full work and going beautifully. A big, athletic horse with plenty of presence, he is best suited to a confident rider who enjoys a forward-going mount. With capable riders he is straightforward and genuine, his only reason for sale is that he has simply proven to be too strong for his current young rider.
