I am offering my pony for reluctant sale as he no longer has a job. He has been a companion for my riding horse but unfortunately he was euthanised last year and I have no little people to ride the pony
He is a chestnut roan with a fluffy coat in winter and a shiny, sleek coat in summer. He is a pony with great presence. He was last ridden on Weddin Mountain Muster and handled the 25 klms with ease. He has been out of work since then. I have taught many children to ride on him and he is a great little lead line pony who responds to voice commands on the lunge. A confident child should handle him easily with guidance. He has an issue with an occasional locking stifle which does not appear to cause him any discomfort but makes him hop a little when trotting. His show career is over but he would do well at pony club, trail riding or around the farm. Is easy to “pony” from another horse. He is an easy doer, floats well, easy to catch (comes everytime), and would do well in a horsey home. A pony stock saddle will be included with the pony when I find the right home.
