Ellie is a 10 year old, unmeasured 16.3 hh thoroughbred. We've owned her for around 2 years but due to family circumstances she has had minimal time under saddle in that time.
Ellie is a good doer and is used to living in a small herd. She is safe in the paddock with other livestock and around dogs. She is good to catch and floats well.
Ellie had been professionally trained prior to us buying her and has lovely big movements. Previous owner showed us her 3 paces, picking up a lead as well as fly changes in the canter.
We are selling Ellie as a project horse as she has been too strong for her intended rider and has been stubborn under saddle for us. She can pin her ears while girthing up and also has trouble with having her back feet picked up. Unfortunatley, we don't have the time to put into her.
Ellie could suit a range of tasks including a paddock mate, broodmare or with the right person willing to give her the time and attention she needs, she could be a fun and competitive mount.
Ellie is up to date with worming and teeth.
