Edward is a lovely pony with three excellent paces, natural athleticism and a willingness to work. He is a fun, forward-thinking ride with plenty of personality and the potential to excel in pony club, riding clubs, clinics, jumping and trail riding. He regularly jumps 70–80cm and shows the potential to go further with the right rider.
A tough, hardy pony who is a great doer and holds his weight well, Edward is easy to keep and maintain. He is currently in great condition and ready for his next adventure.
Edward has been exposed to a variety of environments and experiences, including dogs, horses, people of all ages, cars, buses and tractors. He has enjoyed several trail rides, both independently and with other horses, and is good with other horses.
Edward is a forward pony who enjoys having a job and getting out and about. He will be best suited to a confident, capable and enthusiastic rider who can provide clear, consistent work and help him continue to develop his abilities. This is an incredibly regretful sale, as Edward has been a much-loved member of our family for the past six years. He has given us so much, and this decision has not been made lightly. His rider has sadly outgrown him, and we feel he deserves the opportunity to continue doing what he loves with someone who can appreciate his talent and help him reach his potential.
We are not looking to see Edward's talents go to waste. We want to find him a home where he will be loved, enjoyed and given the opportunity to thrive. He has so much more to offer the right person, and finding the right match is far more important to us than finding a quick sale.
Edward would suit someone looking for a genuine, hardy and dependable pony with athleticism, ability and a big personality — a partner to enjoy trails, pony club, jumping and plenty of adventures together.
Edward will come with all his gear, including his tack, rugs and everything he needs, making him a complete, ready-to-go package.
