Grace is a modern, dressage bred Holstein mare. She is well trained on the flat and is a straightforward ride. She is a forward moving, responsive mare who knows her job and is consistent from day to day. Grace was training elementary/medium dressage in her previous home and has recently competed at novice/elementary level coming home with 2 firsts in the Novice and a second in Elementary.
When in full work, she finds collection and the lateral work easy, is light on the aids and is always worked/competed in a snaffle. She is very forgiving under saddle, perfect for someone wanting an easy ride and/or to learn dressage. She is a pull out of the paddock type, no matter how long off, no lunging required and has no serious behavioural issues on the ground or under saddle. She is truly a good mare to have around. She has also done trails, road riding and beach riding.
Grace has previously had 2 foals, so could be used as a broodmare if desired and cycles reguarly.
Currently barefoot, up to date with trims, teeth, worming and 2in1. Great to float, catch, lead, tie, rug, saddle, etc. Currently fed daily and rugged.
