Patch is a super quiet horse in hand and under saddle, has no buck or bite in him. He’s currently in work and is sound. He’s definitely still green and requires further training overall, but has done some jumping and is starting to understand connection in dressage work. Is only fault is that he can be a little forward, popping up gears occasionally. He’s extremely confident and never shys from trying new things, has got a lot of potential to be a great pony club horse or something to compete on, and would suit an experienced or confident teenager with assistance of a coach, or someone looking for a little project.
He’s a good doer feeding and maintenance wise, easy with the farrier and good on the float, getting on he needs some convincing though.
With the right person, time and patience, Patch will give plenty in return and has the potential to become a wonderful partner.
