If you're looking for a kind, honest pony that genuinely enjoys his job, Chester is well worth considering.
Chester is a 14-year-old Welsh Pony gelding standing approximately 12HH.
He has been a trusted member of our riding school program and has been enjoyed by a range of young riders. He is a lovely all-round pony who has proven himself in the arena and out on the trails.
Over the past two years he has been ridden by a two year-old on a lead line, a beginner seven year-old, intermediate10-year-old rider and, more recently, by a small 15-year-old rider who has been his sole handler and rider for the past seven months.

Chester is an excellent trail riding pony and happily rides alone or with company.
Temperament
Chester is kind, genuine and has no nasty habits. He enjoys having a job to do and is a pleasure to have around.

Good for the farrier and dentist
Good to trim and rug
Floats well, although he prefers travelling with company
He can occasionally be a little challenging for the farrier if no one is holding him, however he is generally very good when someone is assisting.
Eye Injury
Chester recently lost vision in one eye following a paddock accident. He has been thoroughly assessed by our veterinarian, has adapted exceptionally well and continues to be ridden and enjoyed exactly as before. His treating veterinarian is happy to discuss his condition with genuine prospective buyers.
