Hunny is a beautiful Gypsy Cob X stb with big strong hooves and a not-bothered nature. She’s very easy to catch, float, tie, rug etc. She has lots of character and strong presence.

She moves gracefully, offers a smooth trot, responds well to a loose rein, and has good stop and turn.

Hunny is the sort of horse who you can jump straight back on after months without riding. She is confident and doesn’t spook easily. She will give anything a go so it doesn’t require too much exertion. Hunny is more whoa than go but can be lazy. She will only be sold to an experienced home who can confidently push her when her laziness instigates stubbornness. She has been ridden in various environments, including national parks, open paddocks, beaches, arenas, and among kangaroos and livestock.

Hunny’s impressive presence and easy-going temperament make her an excellent show horse or a reliable all-rounder with the right rider.

Hunny was successfully shown, trained to harness, ridden on the beach, and started dressage training with her previous owner.

She does not require a paddock companion and was paddocked with alpacas, goats and sheep. Hunny may show mare-like behaviour with some geldings; this will be discussed openly. She has no known health issues, not shod, up to date with teeth, farrier and worming.

Hunny is ideal for one-hour trail rides, WEQ, arena activities, or leisurely strolls in the paddock. She adores attention and will happily stand while being bathed, groomed, and cuddled.

She is a lovely pony who eagerly approaches the fence whenever someone is nearby. With her personality, she quickly bonds with people and becomes a loyal companion.

Hi Pauline, it was very nice to meet you today. I reached out to the previous owners. The last owner said she had broken her to cart not competitively just at home. Hunny is registered under the name Suzie Q Gypsy Sands.

Hunny is micro-chipped, vaccinated, wormed and registered with 7 societies, AGHS, Pinto WA, dilutes Australia, CBCHS, SPPHAWA, united breeds sport horse and broken colour dilutes aswell as APSB. Here is just a hand full of results from the end of last show season.
