Will make a cracker future kids pony, he has a very cool inquisitive temperament, Or will be regardless an impressive small compact performance pony for a rider.
He is cheap, as one of his testicles hasn't dropped yet, Vet can feel it, but he will most likely need a( in vet clinic castration) or somewhere suitable to wait to see if it drops naturally. I want to sell during winter ( before spring) so new owner can get castrated in cooler months before breeding season.
