Garnet is a mare who has been there done that.
Happy to go out mustering or lead the kids on
She has done:
- polocrosse
- Scone Horse Parade
- mustering
- charity rides
- team penning
- trail riding
- Can do bareback and crack a whip off
She has also been used to lead young kids on and lead their ponies off.
Garnet is:
✅ suited to experienced rider
✅ would suit experienced kids or teen
✅ Jump on after a spell with no dirt
✅ good with other horses although is usually boss of the paddock
She is quiet, but would like her to go to an experienced home as can be a typical chestnut mare at times so can be sensitive and needs someone confident enough to let her know when to pull her head in, saying that does come back for different levels of rider and handler. We have owned her for 11 years so not a light decision to sell.
