Lucy is a lovely 13-year-old Warmblood mare standing approximately 15.2hh, searching for a knowledgeable home where she can continue to thrive.
A genuine mare with plenty of personality, Lucy enjoys having variety in her work and is happiest when she's kept mentally engaged. She has experience in a range of disciplines and has been exposed to clinics, Pony Club environments, trail riding, flatwork and jumping.
Lucy is currently maintained in regular work as part of a riding school program and remains fit, active and ready for her next adventure.
She is best suited to a confident rider with soft hands who enjoys getting out and doing a bit of everything rather than focusing solely on arena work. When ridden consistently, Lucy is a willing and rewarding partner who enjoys having a job to do.
Lucy can occasionally require a little encouragement to float load, however once on the float she travels quietly and without issue.
While not a first-horse prospect, she would make a fantastic partner for a capable rider looking for a versatile horse to enjoy lessons, clinics, Pony Club, pleasure riding and local competition opportunities.
