The fringe is the rough out side and is 5" at the bottom and tapers up to 8" on the sides.
Waist/Hip 24" to 41". Not pants size, Measure where you would wear them, usually just below where you would wear a belt.
Upper Thigh 23" to 29".
Total Length 32" including the 5" long fringe.
Slight mark on right leg.
