Has taught my daughter to ride independently and given her the confidence to ride bigger horses. Won’t find a more genuine temperament, not marey or opinionated. Not a super-fine type, holds weight well, barefoot. Ridden by children and small adults. Eye catching movement, always gets comments. lovely educated ride, great brakes and a nice jump. Extremely forgiving, teaches her riders to ride correctly. Responsive to voice aids on and off the lunge. Very well exposed, never comes home without ribbons. Can chase cows one day then hack the next. Extremely versatile, not spooky or anxious. Loads and floats easily. Loves the beach and river, regular in the forest, ridden with dogs and motorbikes. Independently handled by children, can at times be a little pushy, absolutely no malice. Been out to pc, many comps, SJ, xc traning, ranch sorting, hacking, indoor arenas, travelling away for comps. Does windsuck without a collar or electrics. Teeth are in good order and doesn’t affect her weight. Middle of the pecking order, at times a bucket to catch. Jump on and go type.
Has produced 3 beautiful foals, low mileage on her body for age. Recently vetted. Shown at royal level in her younger years. Would be a cracker 2nd pony for a competent little rider to learn on and have fun.
Very sad sale, will only sell to a knowledgeable horsey home with other horses. No first time horse owners! Won’t sell sight unseen.
